We seek an Office Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office by supporting administrative, operational, and accounting processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
The schedule is Mon-Fri between 9 am to 6 pm.
Job Duties:
- Handle Mail
- Office Supplies
- Mail Marketing Packages
- Answer Phones
- Accept packages
- Support with New Client Onboarding
- Contact Clients for missing info
- Retrieve Statements for GFH and GF HOA Clients
- Track Insurance Policies and Invoices
- Handle Philippines invoices and forms
- Track Vehicle Registrations and Renewals
- Prepare AP checks for accounting clients and other entities that need to be send manually
- Track GF and GSS timecards for billing
- PTO Logging
- Scan and Deposit Checks
- Run Domestic Payroll
- Run Billing
- Respond to Accounting emails
- W-9s request and update
- COI Requests
- AR collections Follow-up
- Payment of Utilities, Internet and Cell Phone Plans
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Strong computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
