We seek an Office Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office by supporting administrative, operational, and accounting processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

The schedule is Mon-Fri between 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Duties:

  • Handle Mail
  • Office Supplies
  • Mail Marketing Packages
  • Answer Phones
  • Accept packages
  • Support with New Client Onboarding
  • Contact Clients for missing info
  • Retrieve Statements for GFH and GF HOA Clients
  • Track Insurance Policies and Invoices
  • Handle Philippines invoices and forms
  • Track Vehicle Registrations and Renewals
  • Prepare AP checks for accounting clients and other entities that need to be send manually
  • Track GF and GSS timecards for billing
  • PTO Logging
  • Scan and Deposit Checks
  • Run Domestic Payroll
  • Run Billing
  • Respond to Accounting emails
  • W-9s request and update
  • COI Requests
  • AR collections Follow-up
  • Payment of Utilities, Internet and Cell Phone Plans

Requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
