IT System Analysis/Project Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst and Project Manager to lead IT initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, designing efficient systems, and managing projects from start to finish. You will oversee the development of key services, ensuring seamless data flow and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Create detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Test and validate system functionality to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in logistics management, project management, and warehouse management systems.
• Background in supply chain, distribution/warehouse operations, and transportation networks.
• Demonstrated experience in system analysis and project management roles.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methods.
• Knowledge of databases, programming, and system design is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of file types such as EDI X12, JSON, and XML.

Qualifications

Education (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
