Our legal team plays a critical role in supporting the deal team by ensuring all transactions are structured and executed efficiently while mitigating legal risks. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Legal Intern to join our legal team and support our deal team. This internship provides hands-on experience with the legal aspects of corporate transactions, particularly in handling non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), contract review, and other transactional documentation. Key Responsibilities Draft and review NDAs Assist with commercial contract work, including reviewing and summarizing key terms. Conduct legal research related to corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Support the legal team in due diligence processes as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a J.D. degree preferred but not required; 1st year Law Student is preferred. Strong interest in corporate law or transactional legal work. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Strong communication and organizational skills.
