- Greet customers evaluate their wants and needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Answer pertinent questions about the vehicle purchase or lease
- Present numbers to customer, overcoming objections and asking for the sale
- Exhibit consultative selling skills, ensuring you present the correct vehicle for the customer’s needs
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure every customer is assisted
- Use CRM to follow up with past and future customers
- Complete required online GM training quarterly
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals and objectives
- Available to work flexible hours weekly and every other Saturday (until 3pm)
- Self-starter with a great work ethic
- Be eager to learn and dependable
