Position Summary
The Admissions Processor is personable and proactive, efficient and detail-oriented, and crucial for moving students through the seminary application process. Under the broad supervision of the Admissions Processing Manager, the Admissions Representative in Charlotte will support students as they move through the application process. The Admissions Representative joins a team of processers who together advise students and support each other in troubleshooting problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing Applications (85%)
- Process student applications by assisting with document processing, database management/input, and updating students regarding their application status.
- Improve and maintain technical efficiency and customer best practices throughout the processing pipeline
- Work with Admissions colleagues coordinating recruitment efforts with special concern for the efficient use of technical tools needed to accomplish that task (including the admissions modules of the SONIS (SIS), HubSpot CRM, web, email, etc.).
- Assist in collecting data to ensure high quality of prospective students' services.
- Recruiting Students (15%)
- Assist Admissions recruiters during visits to campus, churches, and other events in accordance with the overall recruitment strategy.
- Assisting with special events on and off-campus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience; must appreciate and look forward to interacting with people
- Detail oriented and creative issue-resolution
- Data entry experience preferred
- Must be able to quickly learn and use new software programs, and be comfortable interacting with multiple technology tools
- Ability to consistently perform routine administrative tasks with minimal supervision
