The Real Estate Coordinator/Executive Assistant will be responsible for various operational, administrative reporting to our executive team This role will support the day-to-day management of the real estate portfolio by maintaining key documents and files, assisting with data input and accuracy, and completing routine department deliverables. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to several members of the department’s management team
Essential Duties:
- Manage, organize, and store various electronic files and written documents to support the day-to-day management of the real estate portfolio.
- Assist with data-related activities such as researching data points, verifying for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and uploading into the data warehouse
- Gather and assemble documents into submission package for new leasing activity.
- Assist with finalizing property management agreements by notifying the appropriate individuals and storing electronic versions in the document management system.
- Help coordinate the completion of deliverables to various internal and external requests for information.
- Support property-level contracting by becoming proficient with the process and acting as a back-up administrator.
- Assist with arranging travel and processing expense reports for several members of the department’s leadership team.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Assist with the coordination and oversight of other departmental projects.
- Identify and explore opportunities to add value or improve existing processes.
- Manage multiple deadlines and operate with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Support the daily operational and administrative needs of the department if and when necessary.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years plus of experience in a comparable role
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Consistently performs high-quality work with minimal errors.
- Experience with updating and maintaining large sets of data to support day-to-day business operations
- Strong work ethic and high level of engagement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with command of English language.
- Professional, flexible, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and external individuals.

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
