We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys in Hammond.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys and staff, as well as ensuring a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and clients, and direct them to the correct location
- Manage front desk operations, including mail and delivery coordination, as well as supplies inventory
- Answer questions and provide information about our firm as needed
- Handle front desk situations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude with all incoming visitors
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members on administrative needs
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple visitors at once
