What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate - Tax Attorney position at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP?
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with 80 offices covering all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Tax Attorney in its expanding Providence, RI office. Ideal candidate must have an LLM (Taxation), corporate and partnership tax, federal and state controversy and a solid knowledge of preparation of transactional documents.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years tax experience, possess strong analytical ability; have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills; and a commitment to client service. Candidate must have exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills and will be working on tax matters nationwide. Some travel necessary.
Candidate must be licensed in Rhode Island/Massachusetts.
