Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Legal Assistant in our Chicago office. The Legal Assistant works under the direction of the Office Managing Partners, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration or mediation. Ideal candidates should have one to three years of experience.
Responsibilities include support to attorneys and paralegals. Creating exhibit copies, organizing/filing electronic documents with the Courts, docket/calendar and other tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of Law firm experience required
- Proficient with e-filing in various Court jurisdictions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment with excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management
- Ability to work independently and willing to help others as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of iManage and ChromeRiver is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- College degree preferred, but not required
Salary Range - $50,000 – $60,000
