Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to service on their HVAC system. From service call, tune ups, and estimates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay is based on experience.
Hours are 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responding to emails from the supply houses and customers
- Learning, using, & understanding our dispatching program- Service Titan
- Scheduling calls for the technicians, making sure they are categorized correctly.
- Managing the schedule and making sure the time frames are met.
- Warranty claims
