Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with various projects as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact at the front desk, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Collaboration with Office Manager and field staff to enhance productivity.
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Helping with confirmation and dispatching of daily jobs and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Some experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
