Gorjian Acquisitions is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the administration of our offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include managing scheduling, emails, and communication to keep projects and tasks on track, as well as supporting marketing efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and light graphic design.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing internal databases, outreach lists, and company records, as well as assisting in sourcing and organizing data for business development initiatives.
