The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment and retention of qualified personnel to fulfill the objectives and standards of care established by Goshen Health. The Recruiter assists with recruitment and retention programs as well as serves as support to the hiring Director in determining staffing needs. Provides skilled interviewing techniques and the ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate recruitment activities for all phases of recruitment and retention. Must exhibit leadership attributes as well as a commitment to the values of Goshen Health.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources or closely related field. 3 -5 years outstanding work experience in Human Resources can compensate for the formal education.
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years work experience in healthcare with previous hiring responsibilities. Marketing or Health Administration background helpful.
- Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a human resources field with previous hiring responsibilities.
- Certifications Preferred: PHR certification.
