About the Role:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, such as tractors and dump trucks, to perform road repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in road maintenance and heavy equipment operation.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Ohio driver's license necessary.
- Able to obtain Class B CDL with air brake endorsement within six months of hire.
- Acceptable driving record required.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Experience running heavy equipment is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor is necessary.
- Availability for emergency callouts is required.
