Responsibilities & Duties
The Recovery Coordinator is responsible for conducting Recovery Meetings and various recovery tasks. They serve as models for program guests while sharing hope and guidance throughout the program experience. The Recovery Coordinator is responsible for providing quality services to our guests in an environment of love, grace, dignity, and respect.
- Establish and build healthy Christ-honoring relationships with guests, and staff while maintaining the Code of Ethics and must still be capable of responding in professional, ethical ways, including cultural responsiveness.
- Actively maintain the Standards of Excellence.
- Keeping up to date contact information for all volunteers involved.
- Under the leadership of the Aftercare Manager, maintain the Standard of Excellence.
- Provide and lead support to internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly task logs, inventory, and to-do list.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms upkeep and organization.
- Meeting and event coordination: on or off GRM property, organizing all the details and keeping track of the guest list as needed.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Expert in communication and building relationships.
- Time management: Managing time and people, prioritizing tasks, using resources wisely
- Attend professional training as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
