Assistant Line Lead - Line 4

Are you passionate about quality control and leadership? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Supervisor to join our team and drive our production to new heights!

Primary Responsibilities :

Daily Operations :

  • Production Reporting : Collect packaging information and complete daily production reports to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Line Optimization : Analyze line operations and guide line operators on effective positioning and techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Employee Development :

  • Training : Train both new and experienced employees, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team.
  • Support : Listen to and address employee concerns or problems, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Evaluations : Help conduct periodic evaluations for employees on your line, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.

    • Maintenance and Compliance :

  • Equipment Maintenance : Perform minor maintenance and upkeep on line equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Policy Enforcement : Strictly adhere to and enforce the company's GMP policy, food safety and quality policies, and sanitation procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Communication Skills : Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • Teamwork : Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Technical Skills : Basic computer experience is preferred.
  • Training : Job-specific training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basi s. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • The individual must be able to work on a team in a team oriented environment.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • The employee will received job specific training needed to succeed in this position.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment or production.

    • Schedule :

  • Day Shift , Monday to Thursday occasionally Fridays if needed.
  • 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 am
  • Weekend Incentive
