The Head of Strategy will serve as a cross-functional connector, bringing clarity and focus to key priorities across the leadership team, while also representing the company externally in strategic transactions and investor discussions.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new markets, products, and growth initiatives through rigorous financial modeling and market analysis.
- Lead M&A strategy, including target sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation support, and post-merger integration planning.
- Drive board-level planning and communications, including strategic memos, market overviews, and long-range planning presentations.
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to monitor emerging trends, potential threats, and partnership opportunities.
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Revenue, and Legal teams to translate strategic vision into operational execution.
- Evaluate capital allocation and return on investment across internal initiatives and external growth bets.
- Build the internal strategy function over time, including hiring, mentorship, and process design.
Key Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance—preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end M&A processes and corporate strategy development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market sizing skills.
- Excellent executive communication, with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments; prior exposure to VC/PE-backed companies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
Competencies:
- Highly analytical, structured thinker with a bias toward action and results.
- Strong business judgment and commercial intuition across product, market, and financial levers.
- Collaborative leader who thrives on cross-functional partnership and execution.
