Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dermatologic conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Administer cosmetic treatments and procedures, enhancing the practice's range of services.
- Collaborate with a full-time support team consisting of Medical Assistants (MAs), providing a seamless patient experience.
- Utilize scribing services for efficient and accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Work with in-house billing, marketing, and IT support teams to optimize practice operations and patient engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and cosmetic treatments to provide cutting-edge care to patients.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical/medical experience in a general dermatology setting.
- Experience administering aesthetic treatments is a plus, showcasing a well-rounded skillset.
- Holds a valid and unrestricted Physician Assistant license.
- Demonstrates strong clinical and diagnostic skills to effectively treat dermatologic conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-based care model.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of best practices in dermatology.
