- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
- Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package
- Perform patient assessments and build individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Educate and support patients in managing their health, focusing on overall wellness
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with inhalation therapies
