Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus full benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to foster positive mental health outcomes.
- Document clinical activities in compliance with established guidelines.
- Work with a team of professionals to deliver integrated mental healthcare.
- Provide education and resources to clients and their families.
- Incorporate emerging mental health research into your practice.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Active California LCSW license.
- At least two (2) years of experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple cases in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
