Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
- Equip clients with tools to overcome personal challenges and enhance well-being.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Guide patients in exploring effective treatment options.
- Support clients in developing strategies to foster resilience and improve their interactions.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- Proficiency in therapeutic methods, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Resilience in high-pressure environments.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.
