We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to be part of our expanding team. Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Serve as a key resource for clients, ensuring their treatment journey is seamless and effective.
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update progress notes as required.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of counseling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
