Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions to support emotional well-being.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to identify each client’s specific needs and strengths.
- Design and modify treatment plans to guide clients toward their personal goals.
- Maintain thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid LMFT license in California.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
