What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions with empathy and professionalism
- Assess clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans
- Regularly update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback
- Document all therapy sessions and track client progress accurately
- Work with a team of mental health professionals to create comprehensive care plans
- Respond to clients in crisis with immediate support and interventions
- Participate in training and workshops to keep your skills sharp and relevant
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
