WHAT DOES THE JOB LOOK LIKE?
This position is part of the multi-disciplinary treatment team within Solutions’ Outpatient Services and provides clinical and professional leadership to the office. It reports to the Clinic Manager. Solutions is a licensed mental health agency, which means that we adhere to a set of quality assurance standards. Quality is of the utmost importance. Our therapists provide culturally competent assessment and intervention services for children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders. They conduct diagnostic assessments to determine mental health conditions and service needs and then collaboratively develop treatment plans with their clients. Our therapists are trained to utilize evidence-based interventions and meet regularly with their peers on the treatment team to ensure best service planning and implementation. Some of our therapists also provide clinical supervision to clinical trainees and/or staff providing community outreach services, such as case management or in-home therapy and skills training.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Solutions is looking for a master’s level licensed therapist with leadership skills to join its Outpatient staff in the Bismarck, ND office. This professional must be 3rd party credentialed/eligible. Eligible mental health professionals include a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Master Social Worker, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The candidate must pass a background check. Successful individuals are self-starters, team players, and desire to make a difference. A qualified applicant would understand the importance of data-based treatment planning and utilization of evidence-based strategies. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position also requires the capacity to conceptualize cases and plan for effective treatment, including crisis management.
