Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year benefits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base.
- Guide patients through their treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide educational support and coping strategies to clients and families.
- Maintain thorough documentation of treatment progress and patient status.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
