Join Us as a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Kent, WA
We believe that meaningful mental health care can change lives, and we're looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our compassionate team in Washington State. In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate their mental health journeys and regain a sense of balance and well-being.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions with empathy and focus
- Track client progress and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and physicians to ensure continuity of care for hospitalized clients
- Offer guidance to family members and caregivers as they support their loved ones
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year benefits package
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
- Must hold a valid LMHC license in the Washington State.
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
