This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a structured schedule.
Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Offer virtual counseling services, conduct assessments, and establish effective treatment plans.
- Document sessions, track progress, and maintain compliance with clinical guidelines.
- Work closely with a care team to coordinate treatment strategies.
- Support clients through crisis intervention when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using electronic health record systems.
