Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct in-depth assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Adjust treatment methods as needed to best support patient progress.
- Work alongside psychiatrists and healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
- Ensure accurate documentation while prioritizing patient connection.
- Collaborate with the care team to create the best possible treatment experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical therapy.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
- Strong ability to listen, engage, and communicate effectively.
