What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process
- Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
What We're Looking For:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program
- Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
- Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders
- Must welcome treating all populations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
