Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant | Fort Collins, CO
Join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Fort Collins, CO, as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)! In this role, you'll work closely with patients to support their rehabilitation, ensuring they perform exercises and functional tasks safely and effectively. You’ll play a key part in their recovery journey by providing guidance, motivation, and hands-on assistance.
Competitive Salary:
- $55,000 – $60,000
Flexible Schedule Options:
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat 1-2 patients per hour in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and daily functional tasks.
- Ensure proper posture, technique, and safety during rehabilitation.
- Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate patient records, track progress, and document treatments.
- Provide encouragement and support to patients navigating significant physical challenges.
Requirements:
- Active PTA license in Colorado.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
