Job Type: Full-time, Virtual
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Role Overview:
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using effective therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized recovery plans that address their unique needs.
- Offer immediate crisis response and support to ensure client safety.
- Ensure meticulous documentation that complies with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.
- Continuously expand your knowledge by engaging with emerging trends in mental health.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits plan
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or on track for licensure.
- Prior experience in individual, family, and group therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Dedication to inclusive and culturally competent care.
- Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
