We are hiring skilled and compassionate Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our vibrant team in California.
Job Type: Full-time, Virtual
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer individual, family, and group counseling sessions virtually, utilizing proven therapeutic methods to address diverse mental health needs.
- Partner with clients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving overall mental health and recovery outcomes.
- Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients facing critical mental health challenges.
- Maintain detailed and secure client documentation in line with state and federal laws.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and ensure client well-being.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments, research, and practices in mental health counseling.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
- Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
