Information Technology Project Manager

Our client is looking to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new internal system. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of a system that will streamline various programs and enhance their training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the system integration project, from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within budget
• Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP highly preferred
• Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of PMO best practices and their application in project management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
