Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the system integration project, from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within budget
- Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP highly preferred
- Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of PMO best practices and their application in project management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
