Highlights of what our Estimating Assistant will do:
- Set-up estimating job folders.
- Set up plans in Onscreen Takeoff.
- Initial set up of budget in Sage Estimating
- Assist Estimators with quote solicitation.
- Assist estimators in the quoting process.
- Maintain bid calendar.
- Attend meetings as required.
Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Estimating Assistant will include, but not limited to:
- 1 year experience in estimating field.
- Extremely detailed and strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- OST & Sage Estimating experience preferred but not required
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
