Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treasurer to join our team. The Treasurer will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization, overseeing all financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including overseeing payroll and ensuring accurate stock management.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for products and services.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and forecast future financial performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead the finance team in developing budgets, managing cash flow, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a finance-related role, preferably within a manufactory environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis techniques.
