Responsibilities include:
- The Customer Support Specialist works collaboratively with the Product Development teams to provide high-tech, high-touch customer service solutions for the professionals and offices leveraging the GoTu platform
- Proficiently educate customers on the operation of our platform and troubleshoot their technical issues with empathy, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their individual needs and concerns as well as handling the day to day requests from customers utilizing our platform.
- Assess and prioritize customer concern, making decisions efficiently to address the most critical matters first.
- Resilient in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective decision-making and performance.
- Assess ambiguous situations in light of relevant rules and policies that may guide the decision-making process

2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the tech space
