In This Role, You WillSome of your duties may include:
Maintain accurate inventory levels.
Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks.
Create accurate procedures for all inventory control processes and functions
Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
Produce daily reports to ensure inventory is controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for food safety, quality, and legality of food products
In the event of absence, Inventory Control Manager role in food safety, quality, legality is to be filled by V.P. Operations.
Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 to 5 years inventory management experience. 3 years warehouse experience
