Position Overview: The Assistant Senior Project Manager will support project leadership in executing tasks and managing operational responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery of services to government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities aligned with federal requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including meeting scheduling, deliverable tracking, and document management
- Monitor and report project progress to leadership and government stakeholders
- Support risk management and problem-solving initiatives
- Coordinate with team members and partner contractors to ensure timely task completion
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in project coordination or management support, preferably in federal settings
- Understanding of federal project documentation requirements
