Required
- Bachelor’s degree in an area applicable to the position with 10 years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active DOD TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph prior to start.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, PeopleSoft HCM Applications (9.2 platform) and PeopleTools 8.59 and higher, with a three-tier architecture application
- Experience as a PeopleSoft administrator in complex, integrated, and customized environments
- Experience with the following is required:
- PeopleSoft systems running on Linux/Windows servers and Oracle databases
- Performance tuning SQL
- WebLogic
- Tuxedo
- Change Assistant
- Application Designer and Data Mover
- Managing PeopleSoft in a load-balanced environment
- Managing SSL certificates in the PeopleSoft environment
- PeopleSoft Integration Broker
- OpenSSL
- Effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to both technical experts, non-technical business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Demonstrated experience working independently to prioritize and manage multiple requests
- Experience meeting response times in accordance with service level agreements for high-priority requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external
- Planning and scheduling maintenance including security patching and emergency responses for database management systems and platforms in the production environment.
- Maintaining all database environments including Development, Test and Production.
- Maintaining a variety of mission unique databases, including applying security patches and contractor / vendor updates.
