Governors Club is currently seeking several highly skilled bartending professional to join our elite service team. Our Bar staff enjoy a base salary of $14 per hour, a guaranteed 17% gratuity tip out from our service staff, daily complimentary staff meals, and complimentary uniforms.
As a Bartender, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working our private members only bar. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve bar beverages and food orders
- Enter guest orders into point-of-sale system
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Keep bar clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all bar, serve and kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- Bartending certificate is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Full-Time: Regular employee averaging 32 or more hours per week after 90 days
Part-Time: Regular employee averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days
Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour 17% gratuity (non-cash gratuity)
Hours Available: Full-Time & Part-Time Flexible schedules
