Vice President of PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)

Govig Healthcare Group, the premier Executive Search firm in the Senior Care industry, is seeking a Vice President for a PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization in New Jersey.

Summary

The VP of PACE provides complete direction, oversight, and leadership for the operations of the program. This is a great opportunity to join the team of a strong senior care provider.

Essential Functions

• Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of short and long-term goals and objectives focusing on operational outcomes, value, quality, and experience.
• Takes measures to assure services are provided in compliance with all laws and regulations and policies are of the highest quality and are managed most effectively and efficiently.
• Promotes and achieves operational and financial performance through strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with key operational partners.
• Ensures quality patient care is consistently delivered following all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assesses the leadership team’s skills, workloads, performance, and development needs, and assigns projects accordingly.
• Establishes performance metrics and goals for the team.
• Develops a value-driven organizational culture promoting positive, highly engaged, collaborative relationships among the various stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience overseeing a PACE Program
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MD is highly preferred
• At least 5 years director level or higher management level position overseeing care management in the long-term care industry.

Salary : $151,000 - $191,000
