The Contract Salesforce Administrator / Sales Operations role (3.5-month project - 30 hrs. / week) proactively analyses, and monitors sales activity data to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization and assists with Salesforce Clean-Up Project. This role partners closely with sales and CSM to ensure objectives are getting met. This person will collaborate with various operating departments including Finance, Marketing, and other functional areas to support the sales team's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administrative tasks, as needed
  • Manage Sales Operations Tech Stack:
    • Salesforce Admin: ability to manage dashboards and understand Sales Operations flow
    • PandaDoc: knowledge of using this tool
    • Gong: (nice to have, not required)
    • Salesforce Admin Request Queue (will need to help with managing sales requests)
    • QuotaPath: solid knowledge of QuotaPath for Commission Payouts.
  • Analyzing sales activity data to relay insights to sales managers and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Works to ensure that the sales organization objectives are getting met in a timely fashion.
  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process, process bottlenecks, inconsistencies and facilitates process improvement.
  • Makes sure commissions reports are accurate and validated by sales management before going to payment
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Administrator or 10 years of experience in a Sales Operations role using Salesforce Lightning, PandaDoc, and QuotaPath
  • Experience creating dashboards and drawing insights from data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities with little oversight
  • Ability to prioritize assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines

Compensation:

  • $100/hr - 30hrs / week
