Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Account Executive for our Sales Team. You will be a “full stack” salesperson with activity ranging from making cold calls, conducting consultation calls with prospects to discover pain points, conducting demonstrations of our software as well as conducting pricing calls. Your efforts will result in the creation of sales opportunities, your job will then be to nurture those opportunities to a successful closed won sales. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. This role reports to a sales manager and values active coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Build multichannel pipeline via calls, emails, trade shows, lunch and learns, in house referrals
- Utilize Salesforce Hubspot CRM to manage day to day activity
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
- Participate in daily training/sales meetings
