Inside Sales Support

We are looking for an engaging, adaptable and tenacious professional to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Support person is to build quotes and do administrative work in support of the sales team. This role is a steppingstone to the Inside Sales Representative role.

Responsibilities:

· Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.

· Client Engagement: Understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.

· Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients.

· Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

· Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

· Comfortable using Microsoft CRM software and Microsoft Office

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Ability to manage time and efficiently organize work

· Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· At least two years of office experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
