Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
SUMMARY
Quality Assurance (QA) Technician ensures company and customer quality standards are being met. Working under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, they conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, conduct surveillance and process audits, calibrate equipment, prepare weekly/monthly reports, execute AS9102 reports, ATP/QTP reports, and communicate test results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associates degree in quality management or a related field. BS is preferred..
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years
KNOWLEDGE: Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
SKILLS: Strong analytical, mathematic and problem-solving skills; knowledge of automated testing software; excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; Willingness to work in noisy environments.

SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES
- Reviewing and revising testing procedures.
- Conducting inspection checks on goods and production processes.
- Performing manual and automated quality checks.
- Ensuring employees adhere to safety and quality regulations.
- Reporting safety and quality infringements to the QA manager.
- Calibrating and cleaning testing equipment.
- Advising on procedures to improve production efficiency.
- Conducting Process Audits
- Performing ER raw material inspections/up screening
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Execute AS9102 reports
- Execute ATP/QTP test plans
- Reporting to the quality assurance manager.
- Must have a working knowledge of testing procedures.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Possess advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately identify and record production irregularities.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
