Responsibilities
- Represent lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, inter-creditor agreements, and security agreements.

- Supervise junior associates and paralegals to ensure high-quality work.
- Provide strategic legal advice on acquisition financing.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
