We’re looking for a Director of Quality to lead the Quality Assurance team. This role is vital in ensuring that every product we make meets the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
As our Director of Quality, you’ll :
- Develop and implement food safety and quality systems that meet SQF, USDA, and FDA standards.
- Lead risk assessments and ensure all preventive measures are in place to guarantee product safety.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, and work closely with suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to drive continuous improvements.
- Mentor and coach the Quality team to build a culture of excellence.
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and ensure our facilities meet or exceed industry standards.
- Drive innovation in quality processes to support new product launches and ongoing improvements.
