Front-End Administrator - Automotive Customization Center
Job Summary:
GP Customs is seeking a dynamic Front-End Administrator to serve as the primary interface between our esteemed customers and our auto customization center. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for automobiles. As a Front-End Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing various front desk tasks including customer inquiries, paperwork administration, conflict resolution, scheduling, price estimation, and supply management. A dedication to delivering outstanding customer care, coupled with a friendly yet professional demeanor, is essential for thriving in this role.
Responsibilities:
Customer Care and Sales:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls and warmly greet customers with a professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and needs.
- Resolve customer conflicts with a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized paperwork, including filing, document retrieval, and accurate data entry.
- Schedule appointments and collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Estimation and Supply Management:
- Create precise price estimates for auto customization services based on customer requirements.
- Monitor and manage supplies and materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support operations.
Industry Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of vehicles, with a particular focus on auto customization.
- Familiarity with stereo installations and automotive mechanical systems is advantageous.
Problem-Solving and Sales:
- Approach challenges with a proactive and analytical mindset, identifying solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
