These private investors include institutional entities and high net worth individuals from all over the globe. This highly visible role will be supporting investor relation objectives from the onboarding process of an investment vehicle through its full life cycle.

The Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for specialized reporting and data management related to our client’s investors. Entity Onboarding
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients, investors and legal for receipt of documentation required for new entity and new investor onboarding. This includes collecting documentation for: Treasury, Tax, Regulatory and Investor Portal needs
- Coordination of onboarding process with other functions (Fund Reporting, Capital Activity, Fund Administrator, Treasury and Tax).
- Responsible for collection of side letters and compiling the side letter matrix requirements. This involves coordination with Fund Reporting.
- Performing completeness checks of all data entered by Fund Administrator into the CRM
- Responsible for developing and maintaining onboarding processes for new entities and investors (i.e. procedures and related checklists)
- Track and maintain recurring investor request schedule.
- Track and maintain ad hoc investor requests.
- Respond and prepare deliverables for investor inquires and coordinate responses with accounting and reporting teams.
- Responsible for consistent internal and external reporting according to reporting policies and procedures. This includes the coordination, tracking and preparation of recurring reports and validation of data to accounting records.

- Complex and non-complex Investor requests
- Maintaining Investor data for regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining the schedule and preparing regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage CRM data links to various reporting modules (BI, Power Reports, Cube and SSRS)

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management: ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- High level of proficiency in excel
- Must be able to work across multiple teams in multiple locations
- Minimum 1-3 years’ related experience
- Master’s degree in business or related field
- CRM software experience
- Private fund administration experience
